Choose from four 1-week meal plans, or save money and purchase the 1-month plan which includes all four! Each plan is unique, with a different set of snacks and meals, along with recipes.

You can choose a 1-week plan, and follow it for 1 week or several weeks, then get the next plan, do the same, and so forth. Or you can choose the Full Month plan (which includes all of the other four 1-week plans), and do the same, or follow it week by week. It's up to you!
